If you've looked at the "My Transformation" tab, you've seen that I am currently doing Insanity Max:30. I have my 30 day results posted and am pushing through to day 60! This program is one of my favorites because it is so challenging. It challenges you physically AND mentally. There are some workouts where I stop, laugh at what Shaun T tells me to do, then give it a try anyway. This was one of the moves that I thought was literally impossible. But as you can see, I DID IT! It's amazing what your body is capable of doing once you control & challenge your mind. | |
