Sometimes, in the dead of winter, it's hard to stay motivated to reach your fitness goals. It's so easy to want to stay in bed longer, to drink hot cocoa, to hide under big sweaters and to make the comfiest comfort food.
Which is why I asked my online fitness group today to share what keeps them motivated. They all had amazing answers!

- To focus on themselves
- To get the endorphin high
- and of course....spring break trips!
After thinking about why I've been pushing myself to stay fit this winter, here are my personal reasons:
I know that when I stick to a healthy nutrition plan and workout plan all of those things will transpire. I know it because it's already starting to happen. :) Here's to finishing out this winter STRONG!

- To feel amazingly confident in a bikini on my free trip to Cancun in April
- To be happy
