CONFESSION TIME: I used to think that I splurged on myself every month. I felt bad that I was prioritizing my Shakeology purchase over things like lunch w/ friends or picking up 2 coffees for my boyfriend and I after my morning runs. But I recently realized...Shakeology is NOT a splurge. This nutrient dense shake is something that I whole heartedly believe in. Why?
Shakeology has helped me so much nutritionally - I have more energy, I get tons of vitamins daily, my digestion is on track, I stopped taking 10 different supplements in pill form, it has helped me lose weight AND it curbs my sweet tooth! Not only that, but this investment helps me stay more accountable to my fitness goals. If I am choosing to purchase ShakeO and drink it daily, I better follow a healthy meal plan to make it worth it! PLUS I fit the cost of Shakeology into my grocery bill.
Moral of the story: sometimes you have to invest in what you believe in and what will make you a healthier & happier person. Shakeology isn't for everyone, but it's definitely for me.
