Step 1. Wake up early; brush my teeth; drink Energy & Endurance
Step 2. Play with Leopold and Sailor while waiting for my E&E to kick in & to tire them out before I jump around in my living room.
Step 3. PRESS PLAY (I only do 30 minute workouts 💪)
Step 4. Document my sweaty awesomeness and endorphin high with a selfie. Then shower.
