Hi everyone! Thank you so much for stopping by my blog. My name is Samantha and I am excited to blog about my fitness journey. On my page you will find a variety of posts from healthy recipes, motivation, workout reviews, fitness tips, and more about my story - for example, my half marathon training that will be starting soon!
To put an actual personality & face behind my text, I'll share a little bit about what makes me, me. I am currently 26 years old, a sister, a girlfriend, a corporate employee, and a fitness coach. I have a passion for exercise & nutrition and helping others reach their fitness goals.
I've ran in 4 half marathons (training for my 5th one this March!), enjoy spinning classes, and completed various program including TurboFire, T25, PiYo, P90X3 and I am currently doing Insanity Max:30. I love them all!
