It's true what they say...if you fail to plan, then you can plan to fail.
In order to stay on track with my nutrition, I need to plan ahead! This means that I need to stock my fridge with healthy foods, make a meal plan to follow and prepare certain things ahead of time so that grabbing a candy bar isn't any easier than grabbing fruits and veggies.
My grocery list is made and I couldn't be more excited to start following the 21 Day Fix meal plan for 21 days (or longer!). I mean...would you be upset if you had to eat burgers, creamy cilantro dressing, oatmeal and meatloaf muffins?
I didn't think so. 😉
